1. Main feed line system (Silo or Manpower Hopper)
Silo or manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery from silo or manpower hopper/feed bin to vice hopper at the beggining each feeding line.
2. Automatic pan feed line system
Automatic pan feeding system consists of driving device, hopper, conveying pipe, auger, suspension lifting
device, anti-perching device and feed sensor. The main function of the system is to convey the feed in the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying
opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

3. Automatic nipple drinking system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry.
The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.

4. Ventilation system
The system controls poultry house inner environment, provides fresh air, proper humidity for your chickens, ensure your broilers provide maximum production. It is vital for growing birds, including air inlets and ventilation fan.
1) Air Inlet
High quality engineering material ABS production, high strength, strong anti-aging, can be directly cleaned with high pressure cleaner.
The air inlet window panel contains 20mm thick insulation board which has good heat preservation and sealing effect.
Spoilers is set on both sides of the window panel,and the deflector is installed on the upper side of the window to stabilize the flow of air.The chicken house at any negative pressure can let the outside air reach the center of the poultry house smoothly,which can provide sufficient oxygen to the chicken house without causing too much fluctuation in the temperature of the house.
2) Ventilation Fan
24'' and 36'' fans are used for ventilation to provide fresh air to the poultry house.

5. Cooling pad system
Cooling pad and fan, the longitudinal ventilation and cooling combination is the most economic and effective summer cooling system for poultry house.

6. Environment control system

7. Heating syetem (Heaters)

8. Curtains
Up and down type curtains, better control poultry house temperature and reduced cold stress.
Peripheral anti-sway system, better sealing and overall stability.
Curtains are supported by galvanized pipes and are equipped with curtain clips for smoother lifting and better flatness.

Yes, customers need give us the basic idea first, like the land size for chicken house building, chicken Qty per house, etc. We will email you the quotation list with the size of chicken house, all the equipment list and prices.
Once you confirmed, our engineer will finish the drawing within 2 days.
4. How about the installation?
Usually we provide our customers all the installation guide books, which work well for most oversea market.
If our customer request, one of our installation engineer can fly to give instruction.
But all the related charged will be paid by customer side.
