Known as “The Anchorage,” the Georgian mansion featured in the classic 1954 love triangle rom-com “Sabrina,” which starred Audrey Hepburn as a chauffeur’s daughter opposite rich playboy brothers Humphrey Bogart and William Holden, is now listed at $11 million. The listing also marks the first time the  sprawling home has been on the market in over two decades, dirt.com reported. The last time it sold, it went for $6.475 million in 1999.

The 7-bed, 8-bath waterfront estate is located in picturesque Rye, New York on almost 6 acres of rolling land, in addition to 4-and-a-half riparian acres. Considered to be the “largest intact waterfront Sound Shore property in Westchester County” according to the listing with Christy Murphy of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, the palatial spread, which was built in 1917, is enough to have you dreaming of fancy parties in black-and-white movies in no time.

The estate is located up a long driveway that provides stunning views of the water as you near the main house. Designed by renowned architect Mott B. Schmidt, the 9,437-square-foot home is a beacon of classical design. Inside, you’ll find sprawling formal rooms with oak and brick herringbone floors and intricate moldings. French doors throughout stream in natural light and allow guests to embrace the incredible views of the rolling grounds and the waterfront. Step inside to the oversized marble entry hall, where you’ll find an incredible path straight to the water, as well as a sweeping curved staircase leading upstairs. The home has formal living and dining rooms with wood burning fireplaces, as well as a private library with stunning woodwork and a fireplace of its own. East and west sunrooms have matching balconies above, and the chef’s kitchen has every amenity one would need, including a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. A covered porch provides a perfect spot to catch some shade during the heat of summer.

The bedrooms of the home are equally as stunning. In the primary suite, there are two full baths, plenty of closet and storage space, and two full fireplaces. There’s also access to the west balcony. The third floor offers several additional unique spaces, including a skylit fitness or yoga studio, a full bath and plenty of additional storage. The basement also has plenty of additional space, including a game room and lots of extra storage.

While the property features several lovely terraces and patios leading outdoors, The Anchorage’s additional outdoor spaces are spectacular. The grounds also feature a private beach, a walled pool terrace, and a guest cottage with storage for a boat. A detached barn functions as a garage.

According to the New York Post, the home briefly was on the market in March for $12.5 million. However, it looks like it recently underwent a bit of a discount.
